2 Tbs butter
3 Tbs honey
1 lb unsalted peanuts
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp turbinado sugar
1 tsp BBQ seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place butter in a large skillet over low heat. When melted, add honey, BBQ seasoning and peanuts. Turn off the heat. Stir until nuts are well-coated. Spread the nuts onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Stir halfway through. Remove from oven. Let cool for 1 minute. In a large bowl, combine salt and sugar. Add nuts. Stir until well-coated. Taste; add more salt or sugar, as needed. Return nuts to baking sheet. Spread in an even layer to let cool completely.
